Company

  • Brandon and Ishmael started a software agency in 2014, where they built products for companies like Uber and Universal Studios. Brandon later founded Polymail (YC S16), an email app that grew to profitabililty and won Product Hunt's Product of the Year.

  • Paragon was part of Y Combinator's Winter 2020 batch, and is backed by other world class investors like Village Global, Soma Capital, and Global Founders Capital.

Life at Paragon

Life at Paragon

Our office is located in downtown Westwood - just a few minutes walk from some of the best food in town.

Bowie keeps watch over the office most of the time, at least when he isn't napping.

While about a quarter of our team works out of our LA office, the other half works remotely around the world.


We're flexible if you prefer to work in the office, fully remote, partially remote, or even want to work-travel for a couple weeks each year.


We host company retreats (our last one was in Cancun) to make sure we all get to spend time together at least annually.
